I had to give them a one star so I could write a review. This is the worst flower in Naples, Fl. I ordered flowers and they started dying the next day. 2 days dead. Called and called, no answer. Left name and number and still no call backs. I just called and no answer, they called back however as soon as I said a couple of words they hung up. I called back immediately and no answer. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!!! Do not waste your time and money on these people.

Well, a week has gone by without a single attempt to call or even a voice mail. We tried to contact FTD to lodge a complaint about Port Royal Florist but they w

Flowers look beautiful online but unfortunately after over an hour of trying to place an order online, I had to go to a different store to order. I hope they work on their website to avoid this in the future.
